Billing & Insurance
For your convenience, you can make payments using our secure online payment portal.
We will verify your health insurance coverage(s) that may cover some or all the services to be performed. Minnesota Valley Surgery Center will contact your insurance carrier to determine your cost-sharing responsibilities. Before your procedure, our team will provide you with an estimate of your cost sharing out-of-pocket financial responsibility. Upon request, a written estimate will be provided to you.
Please remember to bring a form of identification and payment with you. We accept checks, major credit cards, and CareCredit. We do not accept cash payments.

After your procedure, Minnesota Valley Surgery Center will submit your bill to your insurance carrier on your behalf. Any additional financial responsibilities, above what was given as the estimate, will be the balance billed to the patient.
Minnesota Valley Surgery Center's standard collection policy is to produce and send three statements to patients for cost sharing amount. If payment is not received within 180 days of the date of service, the balance will be turned over to collections.
Minnesota Valley Surgery Center fees cover only the use of the facility, and do not include surgeon, laboratory, pathology, or anesthesiology fees. You will be billed separately for these services.
